Driven by desperation, Farshad Hashemzadeh cut into his own chest with only one thing on his mind - to remove the B-cup breast that had plagued his life for nearly a decade.
Farshad suffered from a large gynaecomastia, or enlarged breast tissue, and every year around 400 men in the UK are diagnosed with this condition.
