A sex pest has become is the first person in Britain to be hauled into court and prosecuted - for posing as a LESBIAN on a dating website.
Luke Potter pretended to be a gay woman on a dating website in an attempt to meet up with women, a court heard.
The 20-year-old created fake dating profiles of two women after saving images from their personal Facebook pages because he was not having any luck as himself.
Potter arranged to meet his victims, just months after he was up in court for asking teenage girls to send him naked pictures of themselves.
But he was caught by police when he gave one of his potential dates his real phone number.
The defendant - who is already on the Sex Offenders' Register for five years - admitted twice breaching his court order.
North Staffordshire Justice Centre in Stoke-on-Trent heard Potter told the young women to wear short skirts and tight tops ahead of meeting up.
Carla Harris, prosecuting, said: "The defendant told one he would like to lie on top of her and kiss her.
"Eventually, the defendant gave one of the friends his number and that's how he was traced."
Potter's latest court appearance comes after he ended up at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court in April after pleading guilty to attempting to meet a girl under 16 following sexual grooming.
He was made the subject of a five-year Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) and was placed on the Sex Offenders Register for five years.
Now Potter, of Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, has been handed a three-year community order with supervision.
Angela Trafford, defending, said: "It was unsophisticated.
"It is refreshing to hear him say there's something wrong and that he needs assistance. He said he doesn't want to hurt anybody. He needs help."
Potter was also ordered to complete the Sexual Offender Work Programme, undertake 120 hours unpaid work and pay £60 costs
